It's a new online forum where artists can discuss and plan for Brookline Open Studios as well as other projects and exhibits with which we might be involved.

This online approach is very successful in getting cooperative projects completed, and helpful at creating or bolstering a sense of community.

Cirque SUCCESS!

Great fun was had by all at the Cirque de Village last week. Sponsored by Chobee Hoy Associates, the Brookline Community Foundation worked in cooperation with Puppet Showplace Theater and the Brookline Arts Center to create an incredible event.

As giant puppets danced on Webster Place, a snowman took shape from a block of ice. Kids wore dragon costumes, played philanthropy games and enjoyed this 1st Light pre-fest.

BROOKLINE ARTS CENTER NEEDS VOLUNTEERS for CRAFTS SHOWCASE

BROOKLINE ARTS CENTER NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
For CRAFTS SHOWCASE 2010

A Holiday tradition in Brookline for 36 years!

Each year in November, the Brookline Arts Center transforms into a wonderful
Crafts Showcase.
The building changes from an art school to a beautiful shop for extraordinary
crafts. The show is put on by a dedicated group of volunteers, and this year, we
need more people to help make it all happen.
