First SADD Meeting (Students Against Destructive Decisions)

First SADD Meeting (Students Against Destructive Decisions) (for students entering 9th grade in the fall)

Wed., January 20th, 6:30-7:30 pm, Brookline High School, Room 385 A.

SADD is a peer-to-peer outreach, education and activism organization dedicated to helping teens make informed, healthy decisions. SADD meetings cover a range of pertinent topics that help students navigate the social scene at BHS, ranging from academic stress and healthy dating relationships to cyberspace safety and the drug/alcohol scene.

SADD offers a fun program designed to help prepare 8th graders who will be entering Brookline High School next fall.  As most of us know, freshman year can be a little intimidating and challenging time for even the most secure teen. SADD helps make that transition easier!
