PUBLIC HEARINGS - LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS
7:05 p.m.     5.  57 Upland Road  (Pill Hill LHD) Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install 25 linear feet of 72 inch-high lattice fence and enclose condenser unit at west (rear) yard; and  application for a Retroactive Certificate of Appropriateness to install 65 linear feet of 66-inch high solid board fence and gate at south (side) yard and along south property line (Laurence Wintersteen, applicant). 7:15 p.m.     6.  76 Walnut Place (Pill Hill LHD) Continuation of Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to extend two story west (front) bay approximately eight feet, widen front entry stairs, construct new railings and install new entry door; to construct approx. 10 x 20 foot one story addition on north (side) and east (rear) elevations; to remove section of rear porch section and replace with two story arched portico to match opposite side; to construct  raised deck and pergola connected to new one story addition; to construct a new two-car garage northwest of house and connect it to house with new pergola; to remove existing chain link fence and replace with stockade fence up to 72-inches high and approx. 85 feet in length (Peter & Sara Fleiss, applicants).
