On February 28, Selectman Jesse Mermell and her opponent George Cuddy will be running the Hyannis Half Marathon to raise money for scholarships to programs of the Brookline Rec Department.  

Says Cuddy "Despite the fact that we are competing against one another for an elected position in May, we're teaming up for 13.1 miles to raise funds for the Brookline Rec program through the Brookline Community Foundation."

Ms. Mermell and Mr. Cuddy have pledged to raise $500 each.  You can make a small donation for this effort by clicking here.
