School Superintendent Lupini to Speak at the League of Women Voters of Brookline Event

Dr. Lupini, Ed.D. will be speaking on "The Common Core State Standards"
The final standards were released on June 2, 2010 by the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO. As of August 27, 2010, 35 states have adopted the standards. In Massachusetts the Standards were adopted on July 21, 2010 by the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
