  BEACON STREET FIRE BENEFIT

Director of Health and Human Services Alan Balsam and BHS Assistant Athletic Director Joe Campagna will appear to update the Board on the upcoming Benefit Basketball Tournament scheduled for Friday February 17, 2012 to raise money for the victims of the January 16th fire at 1469-1471 Beacon Street.

  Question of forming a Waldo Area Study Committee, as requested by the Economic Development Advisory Board and any related action thereto.

  Question of approving proposed Mobile Food Vendor locations in connection with the Food Truck Pilot Program.

  Question of granting a temporary All Kinds of Alcoholic beverages license to Larz Anderson Auto Museum in connection with a Wedding Reception to be held on February 12, 2012 from 2:30pm - 9:30pm at 15 Newton Street.
