To add content to this site, you must register for a free account.  Follow these simple steps to get started:

 1)  To start, visit http://YourBrookline.org and click "create new account" on the "User login" section in the lower right hand side of the page.

2)  On the next page, enter your desired user name, which other users of the site will use to identify you. We encourage you to use your actual name or some variant of it. Enter a valid e-mail address, then choose a password. Computer programs armed with dictionaries like to guess common passwords, so we suggest you use a combination of upper- and lower-case letters and numbers.

3)  Scrolling down this page, you can sign up (or apply for membership) to current Online Groups. 

4)  Finally, read and accept the terms of use. Scroll down to the bottom of the terms and check the box "I agree with these terms". 

5)  Click the button at the bottom of the page "Create new account" and your account has been created. You're now ready to start sharing your content on the site!

Now that you have an account and are logged in, the homepage options have changed. You know have a block "Create content" in the upper left-hand corner which will appear any time you are logged in. This is where you start when you want to create your own content on the site.  You must be logged in with your username and password to add content.
