The Mission of the Community Pulse Committee is to identify needs and opportunities in the community, and to communicate these needs internally to the BCF Board and staff and externally to the community.

The Committee’s Charge is to:

• Identify community needs,
• Create Forums for Public Discussion,
• Identify barriers to equal services, and
• Identify and assess local non-profits and volunteer opportunities.
